A Man an Adventure Series

The year is 1931, in the Somali desert on the border with Ethiopia, where the British patrol commanded by Lieutenant Abel Robinson is pursuing a band of rebels. A sudden sandstorm separates him from his men and transports him to a dreamlike and suspended dimension, west of Eden. There he encounters strange characters like Kayin, the avenging angel, and through Samael (God's venom) he glimpses the great mother Ewa, whom he considers beautiful. Stunned by this kind of madness, the lieutenant shoots at Kayin, but the bullets whistle in vain because the figure suddenly disappears, or perhaps it never existed except in the Lieutenant's mind.

The end of this extraordinary story reveals the truth about what happened. Another patrol, out in the desert searching for Lieutenant Robinson's, finally finds him lying on the sand. A soldier is beside him, who tells his captain: "It's Lieutenant Abel Robinson of the "Somaliland Camel Corps". He's dead. I'm sorry, captain, but when we approached him, he started shooting. I had to kill him." It would later be learned that Abel Robinson had in turn killed all members of his patrol, shooting them in the back.
